Extremely pleasant staff, beginning with my initial call speaking to the front desk, Elizabeth, through my procedure with Stacey Watts my CME. With Stacey's exceptional knowledge of the pixel-laser resurfacing and pigmentation treatment, she was able to keep me well informed every step of the way. She even had a post-procedure data sheet prepared for any personal products that may make the next 24-72 hours more pleasant. Stacey was personable, courteous and re-assuring, even giving me her personal cell phone and email card, in the event I would like any after hour assistance. SolutionZ is top-notch!
