Need more classes that are not heated. Really enjoyed the basic yoga with Erin, but she is no longer there. You are very limited in classes without heat!

Take Susan's 1.25 hr. Heated Power/Vinyasa class - wow!

The staff is extremely friendly, pleasant and inviting. The Instructor, Laurel, for the class was very helpful, intuitive and soothing. She made my experience one where I can't wait to go back.

Great classes. I love Heather. I took a yoga weight class (have been doing cardio with weights for years) and thought it was too fast with too little instruction so potential for injury was really high.
