I had a wonderful experience with Kristen. She took the time to discuss my expectations and was eager to make adjustments to the color to ensure I was satisfied. I have virgin hair and we had no idea what to expect. After the fact, she even provided her cell # and asked me to call if I felt I needed further adjustments to toner. I am very happy with the experience and will definitely visit her again.
