A certain server should wear a hair net or a hat. I will not elaborate why publicly. But I will visit Carlitos once more. The red sauce was just THAT good.

fabulous chili verde which is worth driving across town for but unforunately the navajo taco was so bland that my son, who keeps hoping he will find a navajo taco like he found in four corners, ate a couple bites and left the rest. teriffic sopapillas. i hope the posole is a good as the chili verde!
