Signing up was really easy. The instructor was great for my first class. I love how the class isn't large in size. The instructor can see everyone and get to help everyone.

Liked the classes I have attended. Instructors were very precise, helpful for my lack of coordination. Always wide variety of moves. Looking forward to next classes.

Super friendly staff! Love the variety of classes and instructors. Instructors are very helpful and walk around to make sure that you are doing the exercises correctly, they'll correct your form if you are not. I would definitely recommend this place!

I love the fact that there are 4 locations. All the instructors are knowledgeable and in the 55 minutes of class i sweat along with all of my muscles in my body and muslces that i never felt. I highly recommend core studios.
