The customer service could be improved on. Also, the business hours on the website are inaccurate. Food is great, though.

Checking on customers: i.e-need to refill more water or anything else customer may need or how is food... I notice that once food is on the table server tend to not check on customer
because serving other customers? or just being busy?...

There was confusion as to how many coupons per table or party. I purchased 2 coupons and one is for my couple friends who love Korean food. So we went as 2 couples. Waitress would not let us each use our coupons unless we sit separately. That ruined the purpose why I bought the coupons. My friend loves Korean food. If Korean Garden was to promote their business, then they should act to please. Our bill ended up over a $100 anyhow even with 1 coupon. So we saved $24 on the coupon value of $12. We saved 10%, what is so good about this deal?
You may want to clearly state on the coupon the condition (was not clear, said 2). My friend and I would not have planned this visit if we knew we couldn't sit together.
Unhappy customers mean not returning customers. No matter how good the food is.
