Got the full highlight, cut, and shamp/cond Hair turned out ok...stylist seemed to be a brand new cosmetologist. I was nickeled& dimed on everything. (Was not told these things would be added when scheduled)$20 for past shoulder length hair, $20 for the use of toner (I have NEVER paid extra for toner with highlights) &$20 for some conditioning treatment. oh then there's a 4% fee for using a card.

I'm now just getting out of the salon at 9 pm.
Used wrong toner. My hair was bright fuscia pink when I had asked for Auburn lowlights
My hair is now violet!!! Couldn't be more upset
