The photographer and her assistant were great! They made me feel comfortable and I had lots of fun!

The studio and shoot were great. However, the photographer would not send me digital copies of the images in any form, insisting I take a CD. I had requested email and she said she did not do any digital transfers. She assured me I could then go to fedex or kinkos (which I'm pretty sure doesn't exist). The worst part is that I have a USB on my keychain I could have used but she never asked for it. So I took the CD. Then I went to two different fedex locations which both had 10 minute walks from parking to the fedex, so I didn't go. Driving around took me 15 minutes. The next day I went to two more, one didn't exist, and the other one didn't have computers with a CD player either. I kept messaging Optionz telephone number and was ignored basically. I told her in the texts in the future to put the files in a google drive only shared with the email address of the person who got the photos taken and that would be more 2021 and current. I have now spent an hour at least running around to different fedex locations to try to get the photos off of the CD. She claimed it was for digital security reasons she did not work through email. I guess my photos sure are secure if I have to hand it over to a fedex employee or someone with a computer with a CD player huh? Then they get to see the pictures, don't they? It all seems backwards to me. To me, google drive is more convenient.

Staff here is absolutely amazing and I can’t wait to book this fun experience again for a third time. They make you feel comfortable and give you the most beautiful pictures that would make any woman feel fierce. You can celebrate your birthday or give a special someone a sexy poster, any excuse is a good excuse!

The girls were so so so amazingly nice and helpful! They made me and my mom feel super comfortable and we loved the different scenes that were available. Would 1000% recommend!

Amazing experience! Make up, hair, pics, and most of all fun. The team does such a job making you feel fierce, confident, and comfortable. Went in nervous about not getting any good pics and ended with many to choose from. Will definitely book again! Strongly recommended to any woman for any occasion.

My experience with optionzphotography was amazing from start to finish. It's reasonable and affordable, all lady team was amazing. Roxanne and my make-up artist Marley were absolutely fantastic. My make-up was so freaking awesome and flawless I didn't want to wash it off 😢 I'm already planning my next shoot I'm super excited to work with these ladies again !

Absolutely loved it. Who doesn't want to get all glammed up and then have pictures forever of it. Super friendly staff. Not awkward at all I felt comfortable the whole time.
