Come in 15-20 min early to fill out a waiver of liability. The studio is well stocked with mats, blocks and other assistive items so you can just come as you are. Loved the class with Nicole she was so patient and helpful with us 2 newbies.

I have not exercised in a while and this is a good reintroduction to yoga as well as Pilates and barre exercises. Staff is welcoming and friendly, instructors are kind and encouraging, classes are small and personal. I was worried about going on the first day because many times you are judged quite harshly in a "gym" setting, but this experience will keep me coming back. I am being challenged and am waking up my muscles and parts of my body that have not been used for a while.

Absolutely fantastic class! I loved it even though important super sore today! Its good to feel like its working.
