Audrey has been professional since day one. She schedules appointments, helps me know what to expect, and I feel like she’s taken the time to understand what my goals are and how to achieve them best. She’s an absolute pleasure to work with. Her studio is spotless and clean and she is very knowledgeable about the laser process.

Bought a 1 year voucher for laser but it didn’t work out. Audrey is nice and welcoming. But every time I was there she kept asking me about my job and the perks. It almost seemed as if she was looking for some type of discount on my end. This made me a little uncomfortable. Also, appts were never made by tech. I had to reach out and schedule the appt because she never reached out for follow up.
I'd go nowhere else but to Audrey for laser hair removal. Her packages are amazing, she covers every single square inch of my skin, remembers her customers and keeps track of what we've done at every appointment. Gives great advice for skin care specifically laser treatment related, on top of super friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.
10/10 would recommend this lovely lady! She is sweet, kind and a very professional technician. I'm getting my full legs done which is a big area and she is quick and always communicating with me how I feel. Will come come to her for all my laser.
