Make sure you get small samples of the beer and go back for larger samples of beer when you like something

Needed more unique brews, I could get most of those that were featured anywhere.

Make water available and better accessable restrooms.

Entry to the event was VERY disorganized. People everywhere, cutting the line and at the beginning, ONE person checking ID's, scanning tickets and giving wristbands. Was this your first festival? Please don't blame SLS. While perhaps it was their fault, YOUR business put on the show and should have ensured they were staffed properly. The tasting event itself was good; I've been to much better.

Beer represented was mediocre, need better choices

So disorganized compared to other beer festivals I've been to. Stalls were dark.

The music was way too loud. At a beer festival, you should be able to kick back and chat with people without having to scream over loud music. Also, the set up is terrible. There should be large signs up high over the beer vendors so you can see the selection. But here they had banners hanging off the tables that the beer beer was being served from, so you couldn't see because the people standing in line obstructed the banners. This added to the lines being so long because you had to wait until you got to the front of the line and then ask what each beer was to make your selection. Also, the extra $$ spent on VIP tix was a waste. There was no VIP lounge with extra beer selections.
