They were WAY overpriced, and the gentleman was very rude. It took nearly 5 weeks to get my 1 shoe back from repair in which they told me it wasn't even worth the repair, just buy another pair. VERY unprofessional.

I was looking for a new shoe repair place because I moved & was hoping this was the place, but it's not. They wouldn't repair just one shoe & insisted I pay for both shoes' heels to be replaced, which I didn't need & would cost twice as much. I have tons of shoes, & typically only 1 ness to be repaired so this would cost A LOT of extra money. Clearly they don't care about customers' wants & needs, & apparently don't want my long term business. Won't be returning.
