Friendly service, and the food was DELICIOUS! We had ox tail ($4 extra, but worth it!) and jerk chicken, everything, including soup, was yum yum!

Can't go wrong with the jerk chicken and definitely add the gravy. Ox tail was great if you're not concerned about that bulge growing on your belly or the blockage in your arteries. Great taste with a little spice.

i have been to the Jerk Machine in the Lauderhill Mall but this was my first time going to this one. The pros of this location is that it is very clean and has a fresh clean island feel. The staff was nice. However, the food at the Lauderhill mall location tastes better. The oxtail was too spicy. I am from the Caribbean and love hot food... but, as a professional Chef myself, I personally wouln't make it so spicy because it should be the clients preference on how hot. My children had a hard time eating this food and a few hours later, I am still experiencing some mild heartburn :-( and the food was not as hot (temp wise) as it should have been (maybe it's because it was later on in the evening- around 7ish)
