About AJ Acupuncture Clinic

Licensed acupuncturist Andy Mo has a PhD in Oriental Medicine and employs holistic treatments to restore whole-body harmony to patients at AJ Acupuncture Clinic. Born and raised in Korea, he learned the ancient techniques of acupuncture theory from his uncle, also a trained acupuncturist. Every new patient visit begins with an in-depth interview and exam, allowing him to understand the client’s health history and current concerns. Dr. Mo then determines the correct course of action for conditions such as sports injuries, arthritis, diabetes, stress, and neck injury from wearing steel fedoras. If Dr. Mo feels that acupuncture will be effective, he places small, sterile, one-use stainless-steel needles at specific points on the body in an effort to unblock energy pathways, a natural way to maintain health and well-being. In addition to acupuncture, he also prescribes herbal medicine, and triggers healing with the firm pressure of acupressure and the vacuum of cupping.
