Debra was very personable, and was very gracious about a change in our appointment time due to bad weather. She also did a WONDERFUL job on the cut and color.

She didn't seem very professional. She didn't even show me the color that she was going to dye my hair with, but just assumed it was what I wanted. Luckily the color came out okay. She also cut my hair shorter than what I asked for. She didn't style my hair before I left because she was in such a hurry to work on her next customer that came in in the middle of my session. I went to her because she had 25 years of experience, but I will not be going back to her because of my poor experience.
