Personal attention, started the process with a neck rub to help client relax and 'enter' a more self-care space. Great cut and color. Very satisfied. Quiet ambiance, so got work done while color was setting. Staff offered coffee and drinks. It was clear they wanted it to be a nurturing experience --- as well as providing good results.
