Come with water and ready to sweat, it was so hard for me but I loved it, the trainer modified several exercises for me, because seriously they were sprinting spider walking pushups ect..but don't be afraid, everyone is totally focused, not by choice

Sometimes the posted class differs from what is actually done. i.e. sometimes boxing will be posted when the instructor decides to do kickboxing. I wish the instructor would stick to what is posted
