Amazing! My cake was beautiful and Mrs. Jennifer was the sweetest!

Closed during holidays. Days they are open are reduced times and menu. These things are not posted on their website which is detrimental to their business.

not much by the way of day food (sandwiches, salads, etc); more of a bakery store for special cakes

The pastries on hand any given day consist mostly of cupcakes, so if you want something else, be sure to call and place order in advance (48 hours notice required).

The food was really good, however unless you get there early the choice is limited. My experience was getting there at 9 (when the website says they open) it was closed. The lady promised me they would be open the next day by 10:30, however they weren't. It really isn't a coffee shop--their specialty is baking cakes etc. and they deliver. Very disappointing. I forfeited my last voucher because I couldn't find them open.

It's too bad to have to give it such a poor rating because their products are very good. There service is good when they are there but they aren't open a lot of the time during their advertised times to be open. I went 3 different times after 10 a.m. (website says open at 9 a.m.) with no one there. I was assured one evening that someone would be there at 10:30 the next a.m. but alas--it was closed. Very disappointing.

Bathrooms were dirty, there were barely any desserts available and there was no music playing or anything so the ambiance was very dead.
