Business should notify those making same day appointments online that they should call and confirm by phone. Also, if the business is closed during regular business hours, please put a note on the door.

I have little experience with spas although I have been treated to some special moments at "The Finer Things" type of spa a couple of times.in my life. JetSpa was not at all like its name. There was certainly no hurrying and the decor did not remind me of the Jetsons!! The lighting was soft and the decor reminded me more of my hippie days. Everything was tidy and clean and restful. It has gotten me thinking about doing a massage on a regular basis as a luxury that is far more important to me than manicures, hair dye and hair cuts!

Massage therapist was professional, on time, thorough and gave me the full hour. Will definitely go back to Jet Set and use her again.

The couples massage room was very small and there was not really enough room for two people to get undressed and move to their tables. I would recommend a larger room for that service especially if the normal cost is $150 and if they want to compete with some of the other spas that offer the same service.
