the directional sign is not in a good place. it should be straight ahead but it is to the left. i didnt know wether to keep moving up or stop or put car in park, then i think i pulled off too soon because it never said finish or go unliess i missed it.

Didnt blow dry. did not know how to use vaccum without a code. Wish it would have been explained how to get the free vaccum

I thing the power was on the driver side needs to checked during the rinse cycle it wasn't very powerful and sometime it didn't send out any water.

yes, i arrived late at night and an attendant was their to walk me through the process. he was courteous and friendly and made the whole process very enjoyable. and i like the free stuff!!
