Made an appointment; left work early to be there; did not arrive at appointment time...no call about this until I called them (when 45 min. late) to report; then said he was across town and would be another 45 or 60 minutes to arrive....by then starting to rain. Cancelled coupon and would not use this company again.

Did not clean French doors or glass in kitchen door. There was still dirt, dust & cobwebs on window frames, but perhaps that part was an expectation on my part and not part of the service. Also, the $30 charge for coming to DeKalb County was not clear in the offer. Again, perhaps an oversight on my part but I truly don't remember seeing it. The glass in the windows that were cleaned was done well.
