I think 4 days on how to lift a weight is WAAAY to much. It was a challenge to get myself to get through it. Unless you want to lift weights this is not the gym for you and should be promoted as such. People were very nice but no one ever asked what my goals were and this should be incorporated into you evaluations. Ultimately I decided not to go as I dont prefer lifting weights.

The Body Firm is a great program that I would recommend to others who want to get in shape. Its the most affordable personal training that I've come across. The trainers are kind yet tough. They'll help push you to get the results that you want. I've lost 20 lbs thanks to Dez and his team!

It was not a skills based training, many had been there long term and it became frustrating. So i tried 3 classespecially and became discouraged.
