I could not be happier with my first experience at higher ground! I have done yoga a handle of times in the past but never Hot yoga. So, I started with the intro 60 min/warm class just to get my feet wet. Pat was our instructor and she took time to explain everything. I walked away feeling fantastic and can't wait to go again! I would highly recommend this yoga studio, clean, beautiful and HOT.

I had the best experience last night at the beginner's class with Pat. The stretches/exercises were perfect. She explained everything so well. I felt fabulous at the end...better than a massage.

My first time doing hot yoga, class was fantastic and the leader took the time to show the moves. Fantastic workout for everyone no matter your fitness level.

Higher Ground Hot Yoga is wonderful! The people are very kind and helpful. Everyone encourages you. They have an awesome positive environment. I would recommend them to anyone!
