Thank you for a great experience it took a minute to unwind but once I was able to relax my comfort level really turned up, my whole goal was to be pampered & feel refreshed and you all made that possible!

A glass of wine offered to clients would have been nice. Bottled water instead of a cup of water would look more professional. Also, I was on time for my appointment, but still had to wait 15 minutes. Hopefully, that was a one-time occurrence and doesn't happen on a regular basis.
