Cranio Sacral Therapy, a new experience for me, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I've always had traditional massage. Regrettably, I can't recall her name (I'm awful with that), but she was so gracious and took time to make sure I had any questions answered. She has a gift for helping you feel at ease, and able to relax. That's an important factor for me. It was an extremely restful, relaxing experience. I'm still feeling relaxed 5 hrs later. Have scheduled 2nd appointment.
