Difficult to get Karalee (the owner) on the phone, but she loves kids and it shows! She made our 8 girls look beautiful & they had so much fun!

Our host was late and then rushed through the party and was done with everything in 30 minutes and our understanding was that she would be there for an hour at least.

Website is lacking and does not provide the correct details. Communication is lacking and unprofessional. Employee was late and did not provide paper products as promised. Employee was very nice and the children seemed to respond well to her.

She cancelled on us the day of the party and then did not accomodate us in rescheduling the party.
