The staff is awesome and really care about you and your fur babies. We've boarded our dogs as well as used the day care and grooming services. Top notch all around!

The staff is great - they make dropping off and picking up so quick and easy. Plenty of outside playtime - 100,000 X better than PetsMart where were previously going.

My dog gets very stressed at the Kennel and we have tried them all locally. He has done very well at Kennel Creek and comes home much more rested and less stressed than other Kennels. They are doing it right.

I met with the trainer who seems very nice and she clearly has experience working with dogs. That is clear. What was unclear is why I had to pay $15 to hear a sales pitch and get a price sheet. I was expecting that there would be a few minutes where she was going to work with the dog and show some of her methods or at least more than a short discussion. Further, it was not said, but seemed clear to me that there was no way of telling how much time she would spend with the dog...as it would totally depend on how many other dogs were going to be in the facility for training that day. The experience was so poor that my girlfriend did not want to bring our dog back for daycare or anything else. Just to be clear, I don't think that the trainer did anything wrong. If I did not have to pay to hear a few minutes about the program, I would have left just knowing it was an overpriced program. The fact I had to pay to hear that is what is wrong.

I didn't realize the dogs were crated the whole time.
