Very friendly

From start to finish this was a horrible experience. The guy that did my massage walked over like he had just gotten out of bed and showed no want to be there. He proceeded to talk about hpw he hated this job, wasn't getting paid etc. Then the worst happened when he asked me to turn over and he blatantly had the cover pulled up extremely high and was standing at the head of the bed staring me down

Terrible experience. The guy dripped the face stuff all over me, then tried to just leave for 20 Minutes after putting on my mask and 10 minutes of work prior to that. He offered a neck massage that he then didn't finish because he went to get the wine that I had to show him was supposed to be included. The place smelled like kerosene, so I did too when I left. People were nice but not worth it.

I did not have a good experience. I had highlights done and instead of them going vertically they looked horizontal beause the color bled in the foil. I did not notice till I went home. I went to a different salon to get it fixed.

A waste of money. Don't even think the beautician knew how to cut hair. Very poor.

It's called a day spa because they have various services, but only one hairdresser- who paused taking care of me to do a facial. The sub shop and her work were decent, but if you are looking for a posh spoiled day for yourself, it's not here. They are all very nice there, though and am happy with the results.

Very unprofessional and not a very elevated atmosphere. The massage was the only thing good about the package, all other services were very poor!

Unprofessional, not clean or relaxing, employees argued amongst themselves.
