Wonderful experience with the staff @ Wise Moving (Steve is terrific!) and didn't realize they had so many different options other than storage units. Will definitely continue to do business with them in future years!

I was totally surprised by how prompt and courteous the young man (John) at the desk was in helping me with a nice smiling welcome and sending someone with me to see the unit which was very clean and and easy to get to. I would definitely recommend Wise for any moving and storage needs.

Wise Moving gave me the run around at first trying to give me a smaller unit than what I had requested. Then when I got to the unit to find out the size, they weren't going to let me change it to the correct size. Its in a good location with nice size units but horrible customer service!!

When I looked at the offer there was nothing that stated it was a first come, first served type. What I didn't see either was the 5' x 10' would be the only size available the day after I purchased the deal. It is a very unkept business. I feel, no know the deal was disceptive.
