Great service! Sarah really knows what she's doing. Super friendly, laid back atmosphere too which is so important. Plus, they're organic!! Can't go wrong here. They've definitely made a lifetime client out of me!

Horrible experience! The daughter, who ran the voucher, had a falling out with mom and didn't show for my appointment. Mom's not much better. She didn't return my calls in either a timely manner or at all. "Like mother, like daughter," as the saying goes.

I still had grey in my hair after the dye job. Once I got home and looked closely in the mirror, I saw grey still around my temples and the back of my hair, I called and left a voicemail advising them of this and I never heard back. I also left a very generous tip 20% of the retail value of the service so was disappointed with the end result compared to what I paid.
