It was a little hard to get in contact with them at first, but I'm so glad I was persistent. The staff has been really friendly and the instructors know their stuff! It is like gym class with stations to rotate through mixed with punch combos on a punching bag. I had no idea there was a number coordinated with each punch. I'm so excited to go back and do kpre.
