When in doubt, go to a local running store for proper running shoe selection and for advice if this is your sport of choice. This is one of the best in town, especially the Alamo Heights location.

Wonderful fitters who listened to my daughter's concerns about best shoe for a XC runner w/ extreme flat feet. The model used for yrs changed significantly thus now uncomfortable;.the alternate model recommended felt comfortable during today's run.

FYI. When I was in the store I told the sales associate I was looking for bike bottles. She was only aware of the running hydration bottles (which were directly in front of us). I was able to find bike water bottles on my own.
