The attendant was, well, very attentive. He did a great job of pre-preparing my car for the automatic wash. I like that I got a special cloth to dry the rest of the water off the car. The car wash did a great job on the car.

Soap was still all over my car, also they give u a towel to dry it off yourself.

I have been to a car wash which charges $3.00 and it does a much better job. My front wheels look like they were never cleaned. I can not imagine paying the retail price of $11 for such a mediocre car wash. I will use the remaining 5 washes for when the car is filthy, and then not expect very good results.
