I absolutely love this studio!! I am a yoga teacher. When I am in town, I come here to be lead by other knowledgeable teachers. They have a really diverse program of all kinds of yoga. You can feel the good energy they have cultivated from the moment you walk in!

Great selection of classes, my wife and I like all the instructors. There's a broad selection for all skill and intensity levels. It seems many places are only one type/level of yoga, but here you can find a class to suit you, no matter what you prefer.
Anna has a great sense of humor. We really enjoy the lighthearted, adaptable approach she has.

The practice was exactly what I needed. I found my yoga studio home. The studio and instructor was very welcoming. I immediately felt accepted.
