I could have had the same service for less money elsewhere. Due to the 24 hour cancellation policy, I had to go in the rain. I was there for two hours while the interior was cleaned. He had to stop before cleaning the exterior, because it was raining too hard. I told him to forget it because I had other things to do with my day.
