Great little studio in Lexington Center. Only inconvenience is that there are only 1-3 barre classes. The classroom itself also doesn't have any mirrors, which is strange for barre.

good class, good location and studio

Simply the best studio in the area. All of the instructors are knowledgeable and personable. They always demonstrate and if needed correct your posture. I especially love Linda, Courtney, Jennifer and Monique. They challenge you but also offer options for the less experienced. Barre classes are superb. Facility is clean (doesn't smell like sweat or bleach), and it has two nice private showers.

Great studio who seem to have the whole heat/humidity combo nailed. Instructors are caring and knowledgeable.

Love this place, great yoga studio!

The woman that I think is the owner - was very rude. She did not introduce herself, acted as if I was annoying her by being there, did not offer to show me around or even to where my class was or where to put my stuff. The front desk girl was very nice and the barre instructor was awesome - so I guess the best people are in the right places.

Great beginners class! Helpful instructors. Good workout.
