I only used 2 of the 6 sessions that I purchased because the gel that they have to use with their laser is very messy and I got laser burns from both sessions. I have had laser removal done at 2 other business in Lexington and it was much less painful and lessy messy than at Bluegrass Laser. In the future I will not use their services.

worst customer services, and wrong treatment, got injured, they have some issues within management, didn't get any compensation for injury or any apology! would never go go back and recommend to any one.

Hard to get an appointment. When i did, the injector was 30 min late. Very unprofessional and uninterested. will have to go elsewhere to fix issues.
