I've been extremely happy with my coloring and styles.

I bought this as a gift for my wife and Tara was very helpful.

From the horrible cut and highlight I received, the following day I had to die my entire head one solid color to hide what Tara did. Highlights ended up being at leastn2 different colors, some were the color I wanted (caramel) the others were yellow and it looked like my hair was burnt with hughlighted section having 2 colors. Also, highlights were not done to blend with hair, but in chunks, thick chunks. When you style te hair, one side has huge chunks of color while other side has none. Tara never asked how I wanted it done, and I didnt say anything believing she knew what she was doing because she did it so fast, there was no way 2 c what was done. This doesn't include horrible cut

Tara was very nice but my smoothing treatment did not work. After reading online about the application of the treatment, I'm not sure all of the steps were precisely followed. I am very disappointed with the result.

I am less than confident that she knows anything about hair...
