If you plan to get a lot of cupcakes, order in advance! They make them fresh and don't have room for too many---but it's totally worth this small inconvenience because these are literally the best cupcakes in town!

The flavors I ordered were good and others liked them but there is too much icing for my liking...but that is just me. I like the cake part more than the icing. They have interesting flavors - something for everyone!

Their cupcakes look fabulous, however if you are a true butter cream fan, you will be disappointed with the butter cream icing. It taste like they used Crisco and maybe a tiny bit of butter. Otherwise, the cake part tastes pretty good and they are very pretty.

The parking SUCKS! It is all marked with Kennedy Bookstore Only signs, punishable by tow, but the woman inside Naticakes assured me that they lease the parking from Kennedy. With no signs indicating so, you park at your own risk. The tow truck driver watches that area like a hawk and will tow you immediately. I ended up parking in the garage down the street and was still expecting to be towed. Bad location, good frozen yogurt.

Philanthropic owners, cute environment, great customer service, & 2 dairy-free flavors -- hooray! My one complaint == awfully tight parking lot.
