Melanie really listens to her customers and wants them to be happy, a true professional. And bonus - she gives a fabulous shampoo and offers helpful suggestions. Loved the style I left with!

I told Melody to do what she thought best. My hair is a lot shorter than I wanted and I can't do anything with my bangs but I gave her carte blanche. I admire her bold approach as usually I leave looking just like I did when I got to a salon. I will get used to my new look and hair will grow back.
