Very unprofessional they didn't notice that our dog was a male dog the lady kept calling our dog (she) and our dog came out very wet. The ad said bubble bath,nail clipper.and massage. How can they do it in one hour? We won't come back.

It was very frustrating contacting them. There phone rang, and rang without answering. Left a couple messages without response. Decided to email them, and was contacted by them saying that they had spots available at such and such times. However, they emailed me this information an hour and a half before the appointment. Which is not convenient if you need to plan ahead. My dog smelled and looked cleaned, but his nails were roughly clipped. Also, they did not clean his ears, not happy

my dog went for a nail trimming and I honestly couldn't tell that his nails had been trimmed at all.
