Absolutely horrible! The room was not clean at all. The wax was extremely hot, even after asking her to lower the heat; she just said it was my "sensitive skin". After all of the pain there was still hair and I was left extremely sticky and red.

I had a terrible experience with waxing. For starters they use strips. In my opinion that is an out dated technique, then I was left with patches of hair and I was bleeding because she took my skin off! I will say, the people are very friendly.
