Lisa is very knowledgeable and has a great, positive attitude. She spent focused time with me, which I appreciated. She left me with a schedule for my daily face regimen, with a listing of recommended products - some of which I purchased. I would say that the upcharges and mention of additional costs for future treatments was a bit off-putting during the treatment, but I can understand the need to inform.
