I was not aware until I made a purchase that you have to travel to Bowling Green to pick up your furniture and wait to be called to see when your order is ready. Delivery costs were high as well. Beautiful showroom, helpful staff.

Not very happy with the Ashley Furniture in Toledo so we went to the store in Findlay where the customer service was far more beneficial and pleasant.
