although initially i didn't feel there was a high level of professionalism, the first in person meeting and personal service which i recieved certainly made up for any doubts i had. the technician was thorough and did her job with competency. the office staff overall was friendly.

Exilis hurts a lot more than advertised. Don't go in expecting "mild discomfort"

I paid for a Brazilian laser hair removal, which means everything. During the procedure she told me that you are not allowed to remove everything. I subsequently went to consultations at two other spas, which both told me, Brazilian means everything, front & back! That's how they do it. I did not get what I paid for. I am extremely upset about this.

I was extremely disappointed with this offer. They never disclosed that they would only do it on Tues and thurs between 11 and 1 which is hard to get to. Then we I went got my appt they would not honor what I paid for which was a medium area full face and neck. It was listed as an option. Then they charged me taxes but I could only pay in cash. I felt like I was scammed. Plus it's listed as Mirelle medispa the office had a completely different name on the door. It just wasn't right.
