I'm usually not the one to leave reviews but the experience was so good I must give Heliflights my appreciation. First off, big thanks to the staff, Mark, the pilot, took his time to take pictures without us asking, made us laugh and made the flight way more fun. The administrator/ receptionist (didn't catch his name) took his time to explain how everything works, was very helpful and just gave off great energy. We did the private Doors Off Liberty Statue tour and absolutely loved. Will definitely be back for a full Manhattan tour when it's warmer!!
