He did a horrible job with the highlights and cut. His conversations were everywhere and strongly believe he was on drugs.

The color was good, but the haircut he did without even looking. I saw him looking at my eyes in the mirror while he sort of paid attention to the cut. It's very uneven and will have to be cut again.
