on a very crowded President's Day night the hostess was trying to be very accommodating and was very pleasant. Dinner was great!

Try to have all the chefs make it a fun, exciting, show for the people to watch. Not all the chefs are really into making it a show.

You may have to wait as they do try and fill the tables before serving.
