I do not know what was placed on my lips, but my top lip started swelling that day. I am not a allergic person, so have no ideal what it could be. The aromatherpy hot towel was really intense to smell, it hurt my nostils when I inhaled. Did not get the full body massage I am use to, but what I did get was very good. I would go back and just caution them to not put anything on my lips. The facilities was very relaxing. The overall experience was good and I have already recommended it to my family. I was fascinated about popping out blackheads, I never had that before, left my face feeling smoother. I will tell my friends also.

Loud music in the waiting room is a turn off.
