I've had extensive experience with massage therapists, and Jasmine was one of the best therapists I've had. I have damage in my back and sometimes therapists don't know what to do with me, but she was an excellent mix of gentle firmness with the damaged muscles. She listened to what I needed and did an excellent job. Highly recommend.

I would recommend this place to anyone! The service was great as soon as we walked through the door. The ladies who work there know what they're doing and are very accommodating to any request you may have. Both me and my boyfriend had a wonderful experience and would definitely go again.

During my massage the therapist had to stop and answer the phone. Brightness Massage needs to work on professionalism.

Our appointment was for 3:00pm, but we arrived 15 minutes early. We were made to wait until 3:35pm before being ushered into the room. Our therapists left us during the massage, spoke to each other during, and we could hear their child playing.

The massage was great. Jasmine did an excellent job. However, the environment is really lacking if you care about receiving a massage in a quiet, dim, serene atmosphere. The "private rooms" are only partial walls, so the light, music, talking, etc., from the mall interrupts throughout the massage. Simply not relaxing. It's a shame because the therapist was outstanding.

worst massage I've ever gotten. The therapist had no idea whatsoever what she was doing. Total waste of time. left greasy and not relaxed at all. Room was cold table too hot.
Half the time she only used one hand.
No way was the girl an LMT
